People over at http://www.mikemalloy.com/ were discussing a possible Kucinich Presidency, and they had a little fun with cabinet ideas. I would like to extend the thought a little. I will be lifting a few from the Malloy bloggers as well. I thought it best to recognize my allies. Here we go....
President- Kucinich
Vice President- Feingold
Secretary of State- Bernie Sanders
Secretary of Defense- Wesley Clark
Political advisors- Mike Papantonio and Bobby Kennedy Jr.
CIA director- Larry Johnson
Drug Czar- dually operated by Tommy Chong and Snoop Dogg, under guidence from Larry Jacobsen for intellectual and literary purposes (no offense to the aforementioned)
Press Secretary(s)- Mike Malloy,Peter Werbe, and Thom Hartmann (we'd get truth,an ass kickin from one,common sense from another, and a history lesson from the other, although, you never know which one you'd get since they get alternating days off for tireless efforts promoting Democracy)
FEMA- Headed by those who responded quicker than any Govt' official, Sean Penn with assistance from Tim Robbins and Randi Rhodes (a department best handled by those with compassion)
Department of Peace-I cannot think of a better way for President Jimmy Carter to spend his last handful of years directing younger generations the art of diplomacy. The Representatives would be the American people.
Chief of Staff-John Dean, how about somebody who did right by his country
I know I have left some positions and names off due to memory,laziness,or lack of creativity at the moment. Feel free to add to the list. I know the Bush Crime Family is big, but we Liberal Democrats are a larger congregation of good.
