General David Patraeus is often quoted by many politicians, more often than not, it Republicans doing it. However, when we hear John McCain speak of "Victory", "Surge", and "Strategy" , we think ok, here he goes again. Senator Obama was criticized by McCain and his thugs this weekend for never using the word "victory" in the debate. He didn't, and he also cited the General, yet not in the way McCain has.
