A moment for a good cause

Cancer is something the world population is confronted with, the most unsuspecting person in your family or neighborhood could face this battle. This week, my Step-Mothers brother Ed Crawford lost that fight. I also have my friend Julie, whom many of you know online, whose friend is experiencing this within her own family. We, as families, friends and caring citizens do have a duty to look out for people. Whether you are able to donate, lend an ear, or volunteer for, you are needed. We find ourselves caught up in our lives, jobs, politics and boredom everyday...but as I have said before, the moment you do something you know deep down, means something to someone, it matters. Check out Mark Fraser's page at Caring Bridge.

While, we all witness the needs of many in our country, I urge you, find a cause. Studs Terkel once said and continues to say "Hope Dies Last". Thank you in advance.

Kyle
